Welcome to Sri Anjaneya Recovery. By accessing this website or booking our tow truck dispatch services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Services Rendered

Sri Anjaneya Recovery provides emergency flatbed towing, heavy vehicle hauling, roadside repairs, winching, and breakdown assistance in Telangana. Service arrival times are estimations subject to highway traffic, regional weather, and distance from nearest depot hubs.

2. Customer Obligations

To ensure a safe and damage-free vehicle recovery operation, customers must comply with the following:

• Provide accurate location coordinates, vehicle condition, and key status.
• Present valid proof of vehicle ownership or official authorization before the towing hook is attached.
• Remove all personal valuables from the vehicle before transit. We are not liable for items left inside the vehicle.

3. Billing and Toll Charges

Towing quotes are calculated transparently and shared in advance. Any state highway toll taxes, parking fees, or octroi charges incurred during the towing transit will be added to the final invoice and are payable by the vehicle owner.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our drivers operate with extreme care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical/electrical issues, frame damage caused by vehicle rust, or bumper/spoiler scrapes on vehicles with non-standard low ground clearances unless direct negligence is proven.

5. Legal Disputes

All contracts and services provided are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our towing transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
